6. No person may travel in the wildlife preserve with an off-highway vehicle referred to in paragraph 7 of section 2 of the Act respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.3), except a person who carries on scientific research or maintenance work in the wildlife preserve in the performance of duties.

6.
